Each step in producing the delightfully aromatic herb oil was monitored with loving care, and only the best pesticide-free mission olives were selected and immediately pressed together with organic rosemary at the Frantoio. The story of Stella Cadente is about the farmers, since the work of their hands brings the goodness of the land to our tables. Stella Cadente uses only olives grown and processed in northern California, supporting the tradition of the family farmers that feed us all.
